Faulty or Damaged Goods

To return a damaged or faulty product you must contact us first to explain the problem. Refunds will be made for all orders cancelled within 7 days of ordering or for items returned within 7 days of delivery.

All goods returned for refund, must be returned in the original box and in perfect condition to Eclipse Racing Ltd by insured post at the sender's expense.

Eclipse Racing Ltd will not accept any responsibility for items that have gone missing in the post while being returned to us. Full refunds will be made if the product ordered is faulty or if the product that is delivered differs from the one that was ordered unless you would prefer to have a replacement item or the correct item sent to you. If the item was faulty, Eclipse Racing Limited will refund all postage costs. 


If you wish to return a product if it is faulty or damaged you must contact us prior to sending it back. Customers returning a product without prior authorisation may be subject to a further delivery charge if the product is found to not be faulty.
